    Wekoya is designed as a study aid to enhance learning, not replace it. You agree not to use the Services for academic dishonesty, cheating, or plagiarism.

    3.2 AI Limitations

    Our Services utilize Artificial Intelligence which may generate incorrect or misleading information. Always verify important academic content with primary sources.

    4. User Content and Conduct

    You retain ownership of the documents you upload ("User Content").

    By uploading User Content, you grant Wekoya a non-exclusive, royalty-free license to process it solely to provide and improve the Services.

    You agree not to upload illegal, harmful, infringing, or malicious content.

    5. Subscriptions and Billing

    We offer subscription tiers (Plus, Pro) billed monthly, yearly, or short-term access plans.

    • Funds in the Wallet are strictly for Wekoya services.
    • Funds are non-transferable and non-refundable.
    • Funds cannot be withdrawn or exchanged for cash.

    You may cancel anytime. Fees are non-refundable unless required by law.

    6. Intellectual Property

    Except for User Content, all rights in the Services remain the exclusive property of Wekoya.

    7. Disclaimers and Limitation of Liability

    The Services are provided "as is" without warranties. Wekoya shall not be liable for indirect or consequential damages including loss of data or academic standing.
